Time and the Lord is on our side! Looking back over 2020, a year that leaves most with a bad taste, I realize looking back can be good and positive. I made a choice to reconstruct and build on those challenges. It was the best decision.
I’ve come to believe with all my heart that it is a waste of time to brood over negative stuff that has happened and we do nothing about. Think, “what have I gained?” Most of us, like myself, find we’ve lost – time, energy, and the constructive good.
In early October I had a total left knee replacement. As I recuperated, I began to get a bit negative. Fortunately, I and decided to listen to the Word more often. I sat in my garden and listened to chapters on end. The result was hope! Romans 15:4
If you have slowed down your daily reading of the Word may I suggest, from my own experience, to schedule time to dive into the Word – no excuses, just do it. One suggestion is to schedule it in your dairy/calendar. Make a plan! And make up your mind to stick to it! You are the one who will benefit…and maybe those around you as well.
Oh boy, we have just finished the first step of our new online course/seminar – “Dealing with Pain, Anger and Depression”! Now it goes to edit and post production. As soon as it’s ready we will let you all know!!!
